Abstract. Cikutra Spilled Market is one of the public markets that has become the choice of several people in Bandung. This market exists due to the relocation of traders from Cicadas Market and temporary shelters in the ex-Super Bazaar building to along Cikutra Street. The traders sell on the side of the road, and it is not uncommon to find traders who sell on the pavement and take up part of the road. The location on the side of the road gives a unique phenomenon to this market by providing a drive thru concept, which means that many buyers shop while staying in their vehicles. Cikutra Spilled Market is not under the management of Perumda Pasar Juara so there is no data collection on the number of merchandise, types of merchandise, and operating hours at Cikutra Spilled Market. The approach method is qualitative, the data collection method is primary and secondary, and the analysis method uses descriptive analysis. The results of the identification found that traders sell for a full 24 hours, with a system of changing shifts with other traders in the next shift. Based on the results of observations, there are three shifts in operational hours which are classified based on the type of merchandise, namely morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. The total number of traders in the three shifts is 739. Even so, this market is not a legal market and often causes congestion and piles of rubbish around the market area. Such identification is important to help the government and research if at any time there is to be an arrangement of the market. Abstrak. Pasar Tumpah Cikutra merupakan salah satu pasar rakyat yang menjadi pilihan beberapa masyarakat di Kota Bandung. Pasar ini ada akibat berpindahnya pedagang yang berasal dari Pasar Cicadas dan tempat penampungan sementara di bangunan ex Super Bazaar ke sepanjang Jalan Cikutra. Para pedagang berjualan di pinggir jalan, bahkan tak jarang terdapat pedagang yang berjualan di atas trotoar dan memakan sebagian badan jalan. Letaknya yang berada di pinggir jalan tersebut memberikan fenomena unik pada pasar ini dengan memberikan konsep drive thru, yang berarti banyak para pembeli berbelanja sambil tetap berada pada kendarannya. Pasar Tumpah Cikutra tidak berada pada pengelolaan Perumda Pasar Juara sehingga belum adanya pendataan terhadap jumlah dagangan, jenis dagangan, dan jam operasional di Pasar Tumpah Cikutra. Metode pendekatan dilakukan secara kualitatif, metode pengumpulan data secara primer dan sekunder, dan metode analisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil dari identifikasi didapatkan bahwa pedagang berjualan secara 24 jam penuh, dengan sistem berganti shift dengan pedagang lain di shift selanjutnya. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, terdapat tiga shift pada jam operasionalnya yang diklasifikasikan berdasarkan jenis dagangannya, yaitu shift pagi, siang, dan sore-malam. Total pedagang di ketiga shift tersebut sebanyak 739 pedagang. Meskipun begitu, pasar ini bukanlah pasar yang legal dan kerap kali menimbulkan kemacetan dan tumpukan sampah di sekitar kawasan pasar. Identifikasi tetsebut penting dilakukan guna membantu pemerintah dan penelitian jika sewaktu-waktu akan dilakukannya penataan terhadap pasar.
