Abstract. The Bandung City RTRW directs 2 City Service Centers (PPK); PPK Alun-Alun and PPK Gedebage, one of which includes Rancasari District. In line with the function set as the development of a technopolis area, it is predicted that this area will experience an increase in population, which will have implications for the provision of settlement facilities and population activities that have an impact on increasing the need for clean water. The purpose of this study is to identify the carrying capacity of the water resource ecosystem service in the residential area. To achieve the research objectives, the supply-demand analysis method and GIS analysis were used. The findings obtained from this study are that the area of ​​residential areas in the study area is 67% of the area of ​​the sub-district, while other uses are in the form of rice fields, trade, services, green open space, retention ponds and other facilities. The Bandung City RDTR directs the study area for the development of residential areas by 75.68% for a predicted population of 123,155 people in 2035. The need for clean water for regional development is 14,041,913.74 m3/year, the existing supply is 10,399,535.30 m3/year, which can only accommodate 83,608 people. This shows that the fulfillment of clean water needs in supporting regional development is not sufficient. Based on this study, other raw water sources are needed from outside Rancasari District in order to meet the need for clean water in supporting regional development as a PPK in Bandung City. Abstrak. RTRW Kota Bandung mengarahkan 2 Pusat Pelayanan Kota (PPK); PPK Alun-Alun dan PPK Gedebage, salahnya mencakup Kecamatan Rancasari. Sejalan dengan fungsi yang ditetapkan sebagai pengembangan kawasan teknopolis, diprediksi wilayah ini akan terjadi peningkatan jumlah penduduk, yang akan memberikan implikasi terhadap penyediaan sarana permukiman dan kegiatan penduduk yang memberikan dampak terhadap peningkatan kebutuhan air bersih. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi daya dukung daya tampung jasa ekosistem sumberdaya air di kawasan permukiman. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian digunakan metode analisis supply-demand dan analisis GIS. Temuan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah luas kawasan permukiman di daerah studi adalah 67% dari luas kecamatan, sedangkan penggunaan lainnya berupa sawah, perdagangan, jasa, RTH, kolam retensi dan sarana lainnya. RDTR Kota Bandung mengarahkan wilayah studi untuk pengembangan kawasan permukiman sebesar 75,68% untuk prediksi penduduk tahun 2035 sebesar 123.155 jiwa. Kebutuhaan air bersih untuk pengembangan wilayah adalah 14.041.913,74 m3/tahin, supply yang ada sebesar 10.399.535,30 m3/tahun, yang hanya dapat menampung 83.608 jiwa. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan air bersih dalam mendukung pengembangan wilayah tidak memenuhi.Berdasarkan penelitian ini diperlukan sumber air baku lain dari luar Kecamatn Rancasari agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan akan air bersih dalam mendukung pengembangan wilayah sebagai PPK di Kota Bandung.
