Abstract
Abstract. The research area is flanked by the Cisangkuy and Citalugtug Rivers and has seasonal flooding problems exacerbated by inadequate infrastructure for rainwater management. The area is located in the part of the Ancient Bandung Lake, which is a water habitat, making water both an identity and a problem that needs to be addressed in this region. The aim of this research is to study the application of sponge city components in flood-prone areas in Tarajusari Village using a sequential explanatory mixed-method approach. The variables used include roof type, roof cover type, building density, soil type, slope gradient, land use, rainfall, river buffer, and road buffer. The results of the study show that 13 out of 15 components have the potential to be applied in the research area, with each location spread throughout the area. The general plan map is designed with three scales (macro, micro, and connector components) and two zonings (collect and store dan store and return). The principle of applying micro water management service components is to serve water flow near settlements, macro for water storage from micro-scale collection, and the connector scale as a transportation place for water from micro to macro. For the store and return zoning principle, the area functions as protection, local habitat preservation, and river sedimentation rehabilitation as well as local scale recreation, with the main function being a water storage area that can be reused by the community. Meanwhile, the collect and store zoning principle functions to absorb and temporarily store water, which is then prepared to be channeled to the storage area. Abstrak. Kawasan penelitian diapit Sungai Cisangkuy dan Citalugtug serta memiliki permasalahan banjir musiman yang diperparah dengan infrastruktur yang tidak memadai untuk manajemen air hujan. kawasan terletak pada bagian Danau Purba Bandung yang merupakan habitat air, sehingga air menjadi identitas sekaligus permasalahan yang perlu diatasi didaerah ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji penerapan komponen sponge city pada kawasan rawan banjir di Desa Tarajusari dengan menggunakan metode mix method jenis sequental explanatory dengan variabel yang digunakan adalah jenis atap, jenis tutupan atap, kerapatan bangunan, jenis tanah, kemiringan lereng, penggunaan lahan, curah hujan, buffer sungai dan buffer jalan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 13 dari 15 komponen berpotensi untuk diterapkan di kawasan penelitian dengan masing-masing lokasi tersebar di seluruh kawasan penelitian. Peta rencana umum di rencanakan dengan 3 skala (komponen skala makro, mikro dan penghubung) dan 2 zonasi (collect and store dan store and return). dengan prinsip penerapan komponen pelayanan manajemen air mikro untuk melayani aliran air yang terletak di dekat permukiman, makro untuk penampungan air dari hasil penampungan skala mikro serta skala penghubung sebagai tempat transportasi air dari mikro menuju makro. untuk prinsip zonasi store and return, daerah berfungsi sebagai perlindungan, pelestarian habitat lokal dan rehabilitasi pendangkalan sungai sekaligus rekreasi skala lokal dan fungsi utamanya sebagai daerah penampungan air yang dapat digunakan kembali oleh masyarakat. sedangkan prinsip zonasi collect and store berfungsi untuk menyerapkan dan menampung sementara air yang kemudian dipersiapkan untuk dialirkan pada daerah penampungan.
