Abstract

Abstract. Wantilan Village in Subang Regency, Indonesia, faces major challenges in waste management due to rapid industrial development and population growth. Based on the Cipeundeuy Sub-district Detailed Spatial Plan 2022-2042, Wantilan Village is designated as an integrated industrial area of Subang Smartpolitan, which causes a surge in waste volume and related problems for the environment, health, and daily life of the community. To address these issues, the village government, in collaboration with CSR, built a Reduce, Reuse, Recycle (3R) Waste Management Site (TPS). This research aims to evaluate the technical feasibility of developing TPS 3R, referring to the Minister of Public Works Regulation No. 3/PRT/M/2013. Descriptive qualitative research method was used to analyze the suitability of the TPS 3R plan with applicable regulations, identifying gaps between existing conditions and technical standards. The analysis results show that the TPS 3R development plan has met most of the technical criteria, but there are areas for improvement, especially in scheduling waste collection and transportation. The findings are expected to serve as guidelines in designing a more effective and sustainable waste management system, and can be used as a model for other regions with similar challenges.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
