Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Abstract. The Braga conservation area, like other old town conservation areas in major cities in Indonesia, has experienced a decline in quality and activity. Reviving the function of buildings in the Braga area is essential. With the passage of time, the preservation of this Heritage Area may be threatened, and social inequality in Kampung Braga could increase. Therefore, the role of the community must be strengthened to support the conservation of this Heritage Area and to boost the economy by transforming Kampung Braga into a Creative Village. The method used in this study is the SKS (Survei Kampung Sendiri) method, aiming to identify the potential and problems in Kampung Braga based on community participation. Based on the SKS (Survei Kampung Sendiri) analysis, several issues have been identified, including aspects of infrastructure, creative village facilities, land use, landmarks, and activity support. Kampung Braga has the potential to be developed into a Creative Village due to its strategic location. Additionally, Kampung Braga features a co-working space, mural attractions, culinary spots, and more. Therefore, in the effort to develop Kampung Braga, several aspects need attention, such as improving or constructing infrastructure, providing facilities and programs for the Creative Village, offering regular training programs to tourism management organizations, and increasing community participation in the development of the Creative Village.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
