Quarter Life Crisis merupakan suatu kondisi yang dialami individu pada masa dewasa awal dengan gambaran keadaan yang tidak stabil, banyaknya pilihan yang akan diambil, cemas, bahkan merasa putus asa. Quarter life crisis juga dialami oleh mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kebersyukuran dengan quarter life crisis pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Surabaya. Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Subjek dalam penelitian ini ialah 288 mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang terdaftar di beragam program akademik di Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya selama semester ganjil 2023. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment melalui platform SPSS 26.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan namun positif antara variabel kebersyukuran dengan variabel quarter life crisis. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi kebersyukuran maka semakin tinggi juga seseorang berada dalam fase quarter life crisis.
