Abstract
O autor descreve sua trajetória de vida e escolarização como marcada por uma forte influência familiar, com ênfase nos ensinamentos de responsabilidade social transmitidos por seus pais. Apesar de uma infância simples, ele destaca a felicidade proporcionada pelo contato com a natureza e acredita que seu interesse pelas ciências naturais começou ainda na infância. Sua jornada escolar teve início no Jardim de Infância no clube GREIP, e ele prosseguiu em estudos públicos, concluindo o Ensino Médio na Escola Estadual Orsina da Fonseca, no Rio de Janeiro. A partir de 1974, o autor iniciou sua carreira no serviço público e, em 1978, foi aprovado em concurso para professor na rede estadual de ensino. Atuoso como professor e, posteriormente, como diretor de escolas, assumindo posições de liderança que o levaram a buscar especializações em Administração Escolar e Educação Ambiental. Ele destaca que, ao longo de sua carreira, a solidariedade e o envolvimento com questões sociais e educacionais sempre foram valores fundamentais que nortearam suas decisões. Ao longo dos anos, o autor ocupou diversas cargas administrativas e de progresso, principalmente no Colégio Brigadeiro Newton Braga, onde atuou até 2016. Com uma trajetória acadêmica em constante desenvolvimento, ele buscou especializações e se envolveu em grupos de pesquisa, demonstrando um profundo compromisso com a educação e a formação social dos indivíduos. Atualmente, continua ativo na área administrativa do colégio e em grupos de estudos universitários para as demandas educacionais.
