Abstract
Joelma Carvalho da Conceição Molinaro nasceu em 11 de junho de 1975, como caçula de uma família de cinco irmãos. Formada em Pedagogia, dedicou sua vida à educação e ao trabalho social. Sua trajetória começou na infância, quando desafiou desafios na escola, mas também teve momentos marcantes, como o desejo de ensinar um tio analfabeto. Após concluir o curso de formação de professores, trabalhei em diversas instituições, incluindo creches comunitárias e escolas montessorianas, sempre buscando promover a inclusão e a qualidade no ensino, independentemente da classe social dos alunos. Sua carreira contínua na Prefeitura do Rio de Janeiro, onde atuou como supervisora ??de creches comunitárias e, posteriormente, como técnica educacional em projetos sociais. Também coordenou o Centro Juvenil Salesiano, voltado para crianças e jovens, promovendo um espaço de socialização e orientação. Ao longo de sua jornada, Joelma teve dificuldades, mas nunca perdeu de vista a importância de uma educação de qualidade e do empoderamento social. Ela acredita que a dignidade humana é fundamental e que a educação deve ser um direito universal, acessível a todos. Após sua passagem pela Prefeitura, Joelma ingressou na Força Aérea Brasileira como pedagoga, onde contribuiu para a formação de alunos e a inclusão de estudantes com dificuldades. Participou de diversos projetos educacionais e desenvolveu uma prática pedagógica focada na transformação social. O encerramento de sua atuação na FAB no início da pandemia levou a uma nova reflexão sobre seu papel na educação. Joelma finaliza seu memorial expressando a certeza de que a educação tem o poder de transformar vidas e de que novas oportunidades surgirão no futuro.
