Авторами рассмотрен ряд направлений, определяющих функционирование проектного финансирования в Российской Федерации: нормативно-правовое обеспечение и актуальность проектного финансирования как инструмента экономического развития, его взаимосвязь с национальными целями развития страны; на примере института развития Банк делового развития Канады рассмотрены подходы, реализуемые в зарубежной практике проектного финансирования; рассмотрен механизм предоставления и возврата средств в рамках Программы «Фабрика проектного финансирования»; дана характеристика принципиальных отличий Программы «Фабрика проектного финансирования» от его общепринятой практики; установлены преимущества программы и возможные резервы ее дальнейшего расширения. The author examined a number of areas that determine the functioning of project financing in the Russian Federation: legal support and relevance of project financing as an instrument of economic development, its relationship with the national development goals of the country; using the example of the development institute Business Development Bank of Canada, the approaches implemented in foreign practice of project financing are considered; the mechanism for the provision and return of funds was considered within the framework of the Project Finance Factory Program; a description of the fundamental differences between the Project Finance Factory Program and its generally accepted practice is given; the advantages of the program and possible reserves for its further expansion have been established
