Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

д. Once considered the “eldest daughter” of the Catholic Church, France today is one of the countries where the de-Christianization processes have gone especially far. The infamous fire of Notre Dame Cathedral in April 2019 is just one example. The number of incidents related to Christian churches registered by the police in the last decade is about a thousand (!) per year. This is the looting, desecration of places of the Christian cult, the attack and murder of priests, etc. But, in addition, annually, a number of churches, recognized as having no historical and cultural value, are demolished with the knowledge of the authorities, and some empty churches are transferred to representatives of other religions. Despite the protests of the Catholic communities and individual figures of politics and culture, the degradation and destruction of temples does not cause any strong reaction in society. There are a number of reasons for this state of affairs, probably rooted in the ideological principles of neoliberalism, including the peculiarities of teaching history at schools, the politics of laicism, transmission disruptions, the evolution of former cultural values, etc.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
