Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Soumission à Epi-revel The issue of the Revue Française de Musicothérapie that we present to you today required a little more time to achieve a sufficiently elaborate construction. It brings together the texts of music therapists who communicated the Study Days of March 2022 of the Institute of Music Therapy of Nantes (Dominique BRUGGER), of February 2022 of the French Association of Music Therapy (Jean-Luc LEROY, Violetta DONINI), spontaneous articles (Ella TANDEO and the one I present to you today as an echo and in the form of a response to that of Jean-Luc LEROY). Finally, we are sending you a new text by Lou LATIL which describes his work as a music therapist in Canada. It is a pleasure to discover to what extent the professionals in our discipline who submit their articles to us show increasing rigor. It is indeed essential that today's music therapists be able to accurately describe the tools and processes involved in their practice. “Music therapy” was named as such in the second half of the 20th century: it follows very old practices, but not conceptualized and therefore not communicable, of using music in the context of care. It is part of research on the effects of therapeutic mediations in psychotherapy. It must hold a place, the music medium being a language with codification systems since the dawn of time, which gives it a major asset in the restitution of the work done in session, and therefore of the evaluation of its therapeutic effects. The writings of music therapists should be distinguished from those of neuropsychologists and neuroscience researchers, who are not interested in the relational processes underlying the course of sessions. But they must be inspired by it because the current discoveries concerning the neurological effects of music on humans corroborate the effects of music in the rigorous framework of a music therapy session.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
