Abstract

O objetivo deste artigo consistiu em compreender como professores da Educação Básica que participaram como bolsistas supervisores no PIBID Pedagogia de uma universidade pública cearense, em um subprojeto voltado à Educação Especial inclusiva, analisam a experiência formativa promovida pelo Programa, para atuarem com os estudantes da Educação Especial na escola. Participaram do estudo três professoras (bolsistas supervisoras), lotadas em quatro escolas pertencentes à rede púbica de um município do sertão do Ceará. Os instrumentos utilizados para a coleta dos dados foram entrevista semiestruturada e questionário. Os resultados apontaram centralmente aspectos favoráveis à formação vivenciada no PIBID Pedagogia, com vistas à inclusão dos estudantes da Educação Especial, assim como evidenciaram dificuldades de articular os segmentos das escolas para o trabalho colaborativo necessário às atividades do Programa e às práticas inclusivas. As conclusões evidenciaram que contribuir, para uma perspectiva inclusiva na formação dos professores, não basta conhecer as deficiências dos estudantes, importa compor um processo formativo que mobilize a reflexão crítica e compartilhada da realidade escolar para intervir nela.
