Abstract
Les réflexions sur la positionnalité des chercheuses et chercheurs et la manière dont ils appréhendent la méthodologie de leurs travaux peuvent être regroupées sous le terme de « vision de recherche ». Dans ce contexte, la question se pose de savoir comment leur responsabilité est endossée et explicitée. Il s’agit de trouver des moyens pour qu’ils prennent conscience de leur positionnement dans le champ de la recherche – ici, dans le contexte de l’adoption d’une épistémologie qualitative. Cette contribution est l’occasion de confronter mes enjeux de positionnalité 1) par rapport à mon terrain de recherche et 2) par rapport aux collègues de ma propre équipe, en faisant le lien avec les principes éthiques et le thème de notre projet de recherche. En outre, cette contribution présente l’outil choisi pour mener des réflexions qui sont intégrées de manière plus décentrée par l’échange dialogique, tant avec le terrain qu’avec l’équipe, de manière consciente et explicite. Le journal de bord, considéré ici comme élément clé, reflète ma positionnalité, non seulement pour mettre en évidence mes propres attitudes ethnocentriques, mais aussi pour trouver un moyen de les introduire et de les discuter (en plus de mon sujet de recherche) dans ma thèse de doctorat.
