Avec l'explosion du mouvement #MeToo, les notions de contrat et de consentement par rapport la sexualit et au fminisme ont expriment un essor renouvel.Si, du ct des lois, la plupart des activistes fministes ont insist sur le besoin de renforcer l'importance du consentement pour dfinir ce qui relve d'une agression sexuelle, du point de vue thorique ces termes, en rapport avec le dsir, se doivent d'tre nuancs, comme l'ont fait Genevive Fraisse ou Judith Butler, parmi d'autres.Ainsi, ce dossier se propose d'explorer la circulation du dsir en ce qu'elle touche au contrat et au consentement, telle qu'elles se dploient dans un corpus littraire francophone.Roland Barthes propose une triple dfinition du contrat, laquelle pointe sur les ambivalences qui sous-tendent la notion.D'abord, le contrat doit tre entendu dans sa valeur objective, l o le signe, la langue, le rcit, la socit fonctionnent par contrat (Barthes 1975 : 70) ; on retrouverait dans cette premire dfinition les questions rousseauistes de contrat social .Ensuite, le contrat peut aussi tre mauvais , pjorativement associ l'idal bourgeois du compte et de la rification du monde.Cette seconde dfinition entre en cho avec la contractualisation des relations humaines qui nous est bien contemporaine, l' uberisation des rapports, la multiplication de contrats individuels en tant qu'ils sont lis la monte du nolibralisme.Elle irait aussi de pair avec une critique de l'atomisation des individus, l o le lien social fonctionne dans une logique de contrats temporaires.En ce sens, l'analyse dialectique que Georg Simmel (2007)
