ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengukur tingkat kebisingan pada rencana pembangunan fly over Kota Bandung. Pengukuran kebisingan dilakukan di sembilan titik yang berada pada area Kecamatan Cicendo dan Andir dengan rencana panjang fly over 550 meter dan lebar 11,5 meter. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi data primer yaitu observasi lapangan, dokumentasi kondisi eksisting dengan mengukur tingkat kebisingan. Data sekunder yaitu deskripsi kegiatan dan peta lokasi. Pengolahan dan Analisis data mengacu pada Keputusan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup Nomor 48 Tahun 1996 tentang Baku Tingkat Kebisingan. Hasil penelitian pengukuran tingkat kebisingan di titik 1 sebesar 80,60 dBA, titik 2 sebesar 80,98 dBA, titik 3 sebesar 80,27 dBA untuk peruntukan perdagangan dan jasa sebesar 70 dB(A) dan titik 4 sebesar 77,45 dBA, titik 5 sebesar 77,96 dBA, titik 6 sebesar 77,93 dBA, titik 7 sebesar 78,77 dBA, titik 8 sebesar 75,75 dBA dan titik 9 sebesar 79,08 dBA untuk peruntukan perumahan dan pemukiman sebesar 55 dB(A). Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa tingkat kebisingan di rencana pembangunan Fly Over Kota Bandung melebihi baku mutu.
