Quarter life crisis merupakan krisis yang dirasakan oleh individu yang berada pada tahap perkembangan emerging adulthood. Quarter life crisis dapat dialami oleh mahasiswa magister yang berada dalam rentang usia yang tergolong emerging adulthood. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi quarter life crisis yaitu konsep diri. Sejauh penelusuran peneliti, saat ini belum ada penelitian yang meneliti mengenai pengaruh konsep diri terhadap quarter life crisis pada mahasiswa magister. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui secara empiris pengaruh konsep diri terhadap quarter life crisis pada mahasiswa magister. Teknik analisis data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik analisis data regresi linear sederhana. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh konsep diri terhadap quarter life crisis pada mahasiswa magister. Penelitian ini mengimplikasikan bahwa mahasiswa magister perlu memandang dirinya secara positif sehingga dapat menghadapi quarter life crisis dengan baik.
