Abstract

Cet article décrit le Cadre collaboratif de la justice occupationnelle (CCJO), c’est-à-dire ses principaux éléments constitutifs, sa genèse et ses fondements épistémologiques. S’inspirant d’une étude de cas multiples critique et illustrant ainsi son utilisation potentielle en ergothérapie, il rapporte aussi deux histoires de cas vécues par deux ergothérapeutes du Québec-Canada l’ayant utilisé, l’une dans un contexte clinique auprès de personnes migrantes, immigrées ou réfugiées et l’autre dans un contexte de recherche auprès d’ergothérapeutes travaillant avec des personnes âgées accueillies dans résidences d’hébergement. Ce faisant, cet article présente à un public ergothérapique francophone ce cadre conceptuel qui permet de repérer et de combattre les injustices occupationnelles et épistémiques vécues par plusieurs personnes et communautés au sein de diverses sociétés, et ce, par la mise en place de processus hautement collaboratifs avec les personnes et les communautés concernées ainsi que divers partenaires locaux, sociétaux ou internationaux. Certaines forces et limites du CCJO sont également précisées.
