Abstract
Face aux difficultés de l’enseignement-apprentissage à l’école primaire du Burkina Faso, cette étude se propose d’étudier les moyens de son éclosion. L’objectif poursuivi ici d’établir le lien entre l’utilisation des éléments non verbaux de la communication et la réussite des activités d’enseignement/apprentissage. L’on est parti de l’hypothèse que l’utilisation d’éléments non verbaux impacte positivement la motivation et l’implication des élèves dans la réalisation des activités d’apprentissage. Deux approches seront convoquées dans la réalisation de cette étude : l’approche psychosociologique de la communication et le socioconstructivisme. Un questionnaire a été adressé à 160 enseignants et un guide d’entretien à six encadreurs pédagogiques de la Circonscription de l’enseignement de base de Toma Bokin dans la Province du Passoré au Burkina Faso. Cette démarche a permis de recenser des éléments de la communication non verbale comme les gestes, le regard, la posture, les mouvements du corps qui peuvent améliorer l’enseignement-apprentissage à l’école primaire. Cela passe par leur pleine maîtrise et leur bon usage.
