El artculo presenta el proceso de institucionalizacin de la perspectiva de gnero en la docencia universitaria en Espaa.Si bien el proceso permanece abierto y en curso, el camino recorrido permite reflexionar sobre los desafos, aprendizajes y buenas prcticas identificadas.Presentar un camino est en tensin con 'romper el molde', una prctica central en el enfoque de gnero.Al mostrarlo perseguimos mostrar un modo de hacer y no sofocar los esfuerzos creativos inherentes al sello distintivo de una poltica de estudios y docencia universitaria sobresaliente.Los dos apartados iniciales presentan, respectivamente, el principio de igualdad de gnero y la perspectiva de gnero en la docencia universitaria.El tercer apartado traslada, a un plano prctico, la incorporacin de la perspectiva de gnero a un proyecto docente contemplado a partir de cada uno de los elementos en torno a los cuales diseamos el proceso de enseanza-aprendizaje y diferenciando entre el currculum formal e informal (u oculto).El cuarto apartado introduce la idea de 'innovacin de gnero en las aulas universitarias' como desarrollo del enfoque transversal (o integrador) de la perspectiva de gnero en la investigacin, y se presenta la coleccin "
