Abstract
In Werkstätten spielen Werkstatträte und Frauenbeauftragte eine entscheidende Rolle. Doch welche Aufgaben und Rechte haben sie wirklich? Dieser Ordner liefert klare Antworten auf diese Fragen und vermittelt die Werkstätten-Mitwirkungsverordnung (WMVO) verständlich. Die WMVO ist ein wichtiger Meilenstein, der die Mitbestimmung von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung in Werkstätten gesetzlich regelt. In diesem Buch werden zentrale Fragen behandelt: Welche Entscheidungen dürfen Werkstatträte und Frauenbeauftragte treffen? Wie können sie aktiv an wichtigen Entscheidungen teilnehmen? Welche Aufgaben hat die Werkstattleitung? Die Werkstätten-Mitwirkungsverordnung in Leichter Sprache richtet sich gezielt an Werkstatträte, Frauenbeauftragte und die Werkstattleitung. Praxisnahe Beispiele bringen den Alltag in Werkstätten lebendig zur Sprache und machen die Inhalte greifbar. Zusätzlich enthält es ein nützliches Wörterbuch, das schwierige Begriffe einfach erklärt und somit den Zugang zu komplexen Themen erleichtert. Die WMVO unterstützt Werkstatträte dabei, ihre Rechte klarer zu erkennen und aktiv an Entscheidungsprozessen mitzuwirken. Dieses Buch fördert das Verständnis für das Gesetz und ist ein wertvolles Hilfsmittel, um die Mitbestimmung im täglichen Arbeitsalltag zu stärken und Inklusion zu leben
