Cl:Clem lnku je prezentovat monost intervenn radiologie pi lb ndor ledvin. Seznamuje s indikacemi a vsledky vkon jednoho pracovit.Metoda:V obdob od jna 2008 do jna 2011 bylo ve FN Plze v souvislosLi s ndory ledvin oeteno embolizac renln tepny sedm pacient. Jednalo se o jednoho mue (14%) a est en (86 %), prmrn vk v dob vkonu 52,6 ± 15,6 let (rozmez 19-66 let).Vsledky:V jednom ppad byla provedena embolizace u pacientky s inoperabilnm tumorem ledviny. Ve tyech ppadech lo o een komplikac po resekci (v jednom ppad po laparoskopick resekci a ve tech ppadech po translumbln resekci). U dvou pacient byla provedena embolizace angio-myolipomu. Ve vech ppadech mla embolizace dobr klinick efekt a nebyly zvanj komplikace.Zvr:Embolizaci vyuvme k paliativn lb inoperabilnch tumor, k een komplikac po resekcch, k embolizaci angiomyolipom. Pedoperan superselektivn embolizaci ped laparoskopickou resekci jsme nepouili. Embolizan vkony jsou velice efektivn, s dobrou innost a maj nzk riziko komplikac. Pacient profituje z miniinvazivity zkroku. Tyto vkony vyaduj odpovdajc technick vybaven a zkuen personl, je nutn koncentrace tchto vkon do vtch center. Velice dleit je mezioborov spoluprce urolog - intervenn radiolog.
