Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Abstract. Stroke is one of the main causes of cognitive dysfunction that has a significant impact on the quality of life of patients. This study aims to analyze the relationship between hemorrhagic stroke and cognitive function in patients at RSAU dr. Salamun Bandung. The study design used was observational analytic with a cross-sectional approach, involving 35 hemorrhagic stroke patients selected through consecutive sampling techniques. Cognitive function was measured using the Indonesian version of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment instrument (MoCA-Ina) with score interpretation: ≥26 (normal) and <26 (abnormal). Data analysis was performed using the Chi-Square test with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that the majority of hemorrhagic stroke patients were male (62.86%) and were in the late elderly age range (34.29%). A total of 88.57% of hemorrhagic stroke patients experienced cognitive dysfunction, compared to 68.57% in non-hemorrhagic stroke. Statistical analysis showed a significant relationship between hemorrhagic stroke and cognitive dysfunction (p = 0.041). These findings suggest that brain tissue damage due to intracerebral hemorrhage has a more serious impact on cognitive function than non-hemorrhagic stroke. In conclusion, a comprehensive prevention and treatment strategy is needed to reduce the risk of cognitive impairment in stroke patients, especially hemorrhagic stroke.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
