Abstract
В работе проведен комплексный анализ стратегических направлений ПАО «Русгидро», отраженных в программе развития до 2035 года, с акцентом на устойчивое развитие, внедрение инноваций и декарбонизацию. Исследование охватывает ключевые вызовы, с которыми сталкивается компания, включая экономическую нестабильность, изменения климатических условий, технологические риски, социальные проблемы и влияние государственной политики. В рамках анализа рассматриваются стратегии международных компаний, таких как EDF, Hydro-Québec, Iberdrola и Chevron, что позволяет провести сравнительную оценку и определить возможные пути адаптации. На основе изученного материала сделаны выводы о необходимости модернизации стратегического подхода Русгидро для сохранения конкурентоспособности как на внутреннем, так и на международном рынках. The paper provides a comprehensive analysis of PJSC RusHydro's strategic directions reflected in the development program until 2035, focusing on sustainable development, innovation implementation and decarbonization. The study covers the key challenges faced by the company, including economic instability, changes in climatic conditions, technological risks, social problems and the impact of government policy. The analysis considers the strategies of international companies such as EDF, Hydro-Québec, Iberdrola and Chevron, allowing for a comparative assessment and identifying possible adaptation paths. Based on the material studied, conclusions are drawn about the need to modernize RusHydro's strategic approach in order to maintain competitiveness in both domestic and international markets.
