C'est la contradiction de l'cole italienne de droit d'avoir voulu traiter techniquement le sacrement comme un acte ordinaire en droit tout en proclamant formellement ses particularits.Le sacrement ne peut tre assimil un acte juridique que si l'on prend en compte ses qualits propres (p.333).Le sacrement sera donc qualifi d'acte juridique mais l'auteur dmontrera qu'il est de nature sui generis (p.342).Nous le disions ds le dbut de cette recension, cette thse soutenue la Pontificia Universit Gregoriana prsente un trs grand intrt pour la doctrine canonique.Qu'on nous permette toutefois de faire une remarque propos de la note 8 du dbut du livre, laquelle nous a fait sursauter.L'auteur annonce que, dans son tude, les traductions franaises sont celles de la traduction officielle approuve par la Confrence des vques du Canada et qui est d'usage courant en France (nous soulignons) .Et de renvoyer la publication due
