In the era of transformation and technological advancement, there is one major challenge, which is connectivity. The chapter represents not only physical but digital concerns as well. Addressing the digital literacy gap is paramount today.. The chapter suggests the upbringing and support of installation of non-line-of-sight (NLOS) backhaul devices to expand internet reach in a cost efficiency and operational effectiveness. The NLOS refers to the ability to catch the internet frequency waves diffracted from the barrier in the path such, as buildings and mountains, contrasting with clear-line-of-sight (CLOS) methods. Moreover, the chapter argues that merely expanding the 5G and 6G networks to rural areas without bringing literacy, quality assurance, and involvement will not be fruitful. Overall, the spread of internet connectivity is not just an expansion but a target to be achieved with sustainable strategies.
