Berhitung ataupun membilang adalah salah satu bidang pengembangan dalam kemampuan kognitif yang dikembangkan di TK Idhata 2 Pule Kecamatan Pule Kabupaten Trenggalek. Akan tetapi dari hasil penelitian yang dilakulan dalam pembelajaran berhitung di TK Idhata 2 Pule, pembelajaran berhitung belum mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang diharapkan. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil observasi dari 16 anak hanya ada 4 anak yang kemampuan berhitungnya baik sesuai dengan tahap perkembangannya. Dari hasil observasi yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan membilang 1-10 di TK Idhata 2 Pule sebagian anak belum mampu membilang 1-10 dengan baik, hal ini dikarenakan kegiatan membilang ataupun berhitung lebih banyak dilakukan dengan menggunakan bercakap-cakap dan tanpa menggunakan media yang menarik minat anak. Berdasarkan uraian di atas, maka peneliti melakukan Penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam bulan September s/d Oktober 2020. Sedangkan kelas yang dijadikan objek penelitian adalah siswa kelompok A yang berjumlah 15 anak. Hasil penelitian peningkatan kemampuan kognitif materi mengenal bilangan 1-10 melalui permainan congklak adalaha Siklus I persentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 50 % sedangkan Siklus II sebesar 81 %, meningkat sebesar 31 %.
