Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, dukungan manajemen puncak, dan employee engagement terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 64 pegawai sebagai sampel penelitian. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, kepuasan kerja, dukungan manajemen puncak, dan employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dari ketiga variabel yang diteliti, kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai dibandingkan dengan variabel lainnya. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, disarankan kepada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Surabaya untuk meningkatkan program kepuasan kerja melalui perbaikan lingkungan kerja, pemberian insentif yang sesuai, serta peningkatan kesejahteraan pegawai. Selain itu, dukungan manajemen puncak harus diperkuat dengan penyediaan sumber daya yang memadai serta keterlibatan aktif dalam pengambilan keputusan. Strategi peningkatan employee engagement juga perlu dilakukan melalui komunikasi yang efektif dan pemberian kesempatan bagi pegawai untuk berpartisipasi dalam pengembangan organisasi.
