Infarto agudo do miocárdio com supradesnivelamento de ST: relação entre viabilidade miocárdica e nível de dor precordial

Abstract
Objetivo: Avaliar a relação entre viabilidade miocárdica e nível de dor torácica de pacientes pós Infarto Agudo do Miocárdio com Supradesnivelamento de Segmento ST (IAMCSST), atendidos em um hospital do estado de Santa Catarina. Métodos: Este é um estudo de coorte de caráter prospectivo, longitudinal no qual participaram 33 pacientes com diagnóstico de IAMCSST submetidos à angioplastia primária da coronária culpada pelo evento e que tiveram capacidade de responder à Escala de Sintomas de Edmonton (ESAS) para pontuar dor torácica de 0-10. Após 6 meses do evento foi realizada Cintilografia Miocárdica (CM) para determinar viabilidade cardíaca comparando áreas de isquemia e fibrose. Resultados: Dos 33 participantes, 42% (n=14) apresentaram viabilidade miocárdica, 30% (n=10) não tiveram viabilidade miocárdica e 27% (n=9) foram a óbito ou perderam o seguimento. Do grupo viabilidade 7% (n=1) chegou no setor de emergência com nível de dor torácica entre 0-2, 7% (n=1) entre 3-6 e 85% (n=12) entre 7-10. Já no grupo sem viabilidade, 20% (n=2) chegaram com dor torácica entre 3-6 e 80% (n=8) entre 7-10. Conclusão: Apesar da não significância estatística do trabalho (p=0,440), a análise dos dados demonstrou que foi possível identificar viabilidade miocárdica em todos os grupos de dor torácica apresentadas.
