Avaliação da cicatrização de lesões cutâneas em ratos utilizando curativo biológico de pele de tilápia liofilizada

Abstract
Objetivo: Avaliar a eficácia do uso da pele de tilápia no processo de reparo tecidual de feridas em dorso de ratos. Métodos: O estudo foi conduzido com 11 ratos wistars de sexo masculino com 60 dias de vida. Os animais foram divididos em 2 grupos, no qual o grupo experimental recebeu xenoenxerto de pele de tilápia liofilizada e irradiada com 30kGy e grupo controle apenas cobertura com gaze. Após 10 dias, os animais foram eutanasiados, sendo realizada extração do xenoenxerto para avaliação da biópsia do tecido em análise histológica. Os dados obtidos foram analisados por estatística descritiva e teste t, considerando p<0,05. Resultados: Foi possível observar que a pele da tilapia não gerou infecções nem desconforto aos animais. Na análise histológica o grupo controle teve maior presença de infiltrado inflamatório e úlcera mais extensa, que foi comprovado pela análise estatística no qual a área total da ferida do grupo controle se encontrava maior comparada ao grupo que recebeu a matriz dérmica. Conclusão: As avaliações histológicas e estatísticas demonstraram resultados significativos na área total e na altura das lesões dos animais do grupo tratamento, sugerindo-se assim a pele de tilápia como matriz dérmica segura e eficaz para realização de xenoenxertos em animais.
