Abstract
stability).Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was used to assess structure validity.Three visual analogue scales (VAS) were used, and were also gauged (Pain, Sexual Relations, Quality of life). Results: Patient s mean age was 48.7 years (SD9.5,median49), 34% postmenopausal and 66% pre/perimenopausal.Reliability for the whole instrument was very good (a0.877),while dimension reliability ranged between 0.60 and 0.90.Testretest correlation (r0.746) and ICC0.891suggested good time stability.CFA adjustment was good (c 2 /df1.70,CFI0.890,TLI0.871,RMSEA0.062),validating the 6-dimension structure with a second order overall dimension.Correlations with VAS measures convergent dimensions were high r (0.632-0.794), except for pain, which only correlated mildly (r0.394) with intercourse discomfort. Conclusions:The new version of the SEXSAT-Q for MBC attained good psychometric properties, allowing its use in clinical practice towards exploring patient satisfaction with sexual activity in routinary practice. This SEXSAT-M will support physicians in treating patients when they have issues with their sexuality, and thus help them improve their quality of life.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
