Abstract
Mục tiêu nghiên cứu: Xác định tỷ lệ người phụ nữ mang gene lặn đột biến CFTR (Cystic Fibrosis Transmembrane Conductance Regulator) gây bệnh xơ nang tuyến. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Thiết kế nghiên cứu cắt ngang qua khảo sát 338 phụ nữ trong độ tuổi sinh sản hoặc đang mang thai ba tháng đầu tiên đến khám tại Khoa Phụ Sản, Bệnh việc Đại học Y Dược TP. HCM (cơ sở 2) trong thời gian từ tháng 1/2021 đến tháng 1/2023. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ người phụ nữ trong độ tuổi sinh sản mang đột biến gene CFTR với biến thể CFTR c.1210-11T>G chiếm 4,4%. Từ kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy tỷ lệ người việc mang gene lặn gây bệnh xơ nang tuyến không phải là ít. Kết luận: Chương trình sàng lọc đột biến gene gây bệnh xơ nang tuyến không chỉ giúp ích vào quy trình sàng lọc các bất thường bẩm sinh sớm, mà còn mở ra nhiều cơ hội để cặp vợ chồng có thể nhận biết nguy cơ sinh con mắc bệnh này. Ngoài ra, việc tầm soát căn bệnh này giúp trẻ bị bệnh có điều diện tiếp cận với việc điều trị sớm hơn.
