Abstract
Mục tiêu: Đánh giá hiệu quả của việc sử dụng kháng sinh dự phòng trong phẫu thuật mổ lấy thai và so sánh lợi ích của việc sử dụng kháng sinh dự phòng với kháng sinh điều trị dài ngày trước đây. Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu tiến cứu 312 bệnh nhân mổ lấy thai sử dụng kháng sinh dự phòng tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa Quang Thành từ 1/4/2024 đến 13/10/2024. Kết quả: Nghiên cứu ghi nhận : tuổi trung bình nghiên cứu là 29.03, trong đó nhóm tuổi 18 đến 35 chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất (85.9%); nguyên nhân MLT chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất là vết mổ cũ (38.4%); Thời gian phẫu thuật trung bình 42 phút; thời gian nằm viện sau mổ 5 ngày chiếm tỷ lệ đa số 92.3%; có 2 trường hợp nhiễm khuẩn nông với triệu chứng sưng đỏ, rỉ ít dịch tại vết mổ, chiếm tỷ lệ 0.64%. Kết luận: Kháng sinh dự phòng mang lại nhiều lợi ích như: giảm nguy cơ nhiễm khuẩn vết mổ, giảm chi phí điều trị, giảm thời gian nằm viện, giảm chi phí rác thải, tiết kiệm nhân công.

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
