Abstract
La implementación de la Enfermería basada en la evidencia se constata como una herramienta importante en la toma de decisiones y el cuidado, por lo que debería ser integrada en la formación de los estudiantes de enfermería. En el año 2011, la Escuela de Enfermería de la Universidad de Chile se adscribe a la Red de Centros comprometidos con la excelencia del cuidado o Best Practice Spotlight Organization (BPSO®), encontrándose entre sus objetivos, implementar la enfermería basada en la evidencia en la formación de pregrado. En este contexto, la Asociación Profesional de Enfermeras de Ontario contribuye con el desarrollo de guías de buenas prácticas clínicas que pueden implementarse tanto en el ámbito clínico-asistencial como en la formación universitaria. Este manuscrito describe la implementación de la guía de buenas prácticas clínicas “Establecimiento de Relación Terapéutica” a través de una hipótesis de progresión transversalizada en el plan formativo de la carrera de enfermería de la Universidad de Chile.
