Abstract
Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah Manajemen Pengetahuan (Knowledge Management) dan Karakteristik Individu berpengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan kinerja karyawan, serta apakah Manajemen Pengetahuan (Knowledge Management) dan Karakteristik Individu berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui Motivasi Kerja pada Kantor BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Wilayah Sulawesi Maluku. Untuk menjawab rumusan masalah maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Manajemen Pengetahuan (Knowledge Management) dan Karakteristik Individu terhadap Motivasi Kerja dan kinerja karyawan, serta menganalisis pengaruh Manajemen Pengetahuan (Knowledge Management) dan Karakteristik Individu terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui Motivasi Kerja pada Kantor BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Wilayah Sulawesi Maluku Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan kuesioner, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 4.1. Hasil penelitian diperoleh temuan bahwa Manajemen Pengetahuan (Knowledge Management) berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan, Karakteristik Individu berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan, Manajemen Pengetahuan (Knowledge Management) berpengaruh langsung terhadap Motivasi Kerja, Karakteristik Individu berpengaruh langsung terhadap Motivasi Kerja, Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji mediasi diperoleh temuan bahwa Motivasi Kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh Manajemen Pengetahuan (Knowledge Management) dan Karakteristik Individu terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Wilayah Sulawesi Maluku. The problem in this study is whether knowledge management and individual characteristics influence work Motivation and employee performance, and whether knowledge management and individual characteristics influence employee performance through work motivation at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Office in Sulawesi Maluku Region. To answer the formulation of the problem, the purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Knowledge Management and Individual Characteristics on Work Motivation and employee performance, and to analyze the influence of Knowledge Management and Individual Characteristics on employee performance through Work Motivation at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Office in Sulawesi Maluku Region. This study uses a quantitative approach, data collection through observation and questionnaires, with data analysis techniques using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method version 4.1. The results of the study found that Knowledge Management has a direct effect on employee performance, Individual Characteristics has a direct effect on employee performance, Knowledge Management has a direct effect on Work Motivation, Individual Characteristics has a direct effect on Work Motivation, Work Motivation has a direct effect on employee performance. The results of the mediation test found that Work Motivation can mediate the influence of Knowledge Management and Individual Characteristics on employee performance at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Office in the Sulawesi Maluku Region.
