Abstract
Mục tiêu: Đánh giá tác dụng của điện châm, xoa bóp bấm huyệt kết hợp trị liệu sóng ngắn trên bệnh nhân viêm quanh khớp vai thể đơn thuần. Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu thử nghiệm lâm sàng có đối chứng trên 60 bệnh nhân viêm quanh khớp vai thể đơn thuần, đánh giá dựa trên thang điểm VAS, McGill-McRomi, Constant-Murley và SPADI. Kết quả: Sau điều trị, cả hai nhóm đều cải thiện đáng kể các chỉ số đau (VAS), tầm vận động (McGill-McRomi) và chức năng khớp vai (Constant-Murley, SPADI) (p < 0,05). Tuy nhiên, nhóm kết hợp trị liệu sóng ngắn cho thấy hiệu quả vượt trội hơn ở tất cả các chỉ số đánh giá (p < 0,05) với tỷ lệ bệnh nhân đạt kết quả tốt là 93,33% so với 50% ở nhóm đối chứng (p < 0,05). Kết luận: Phác đồ điện châm, xoa bóp bấm huyệt kết hợp trị liệu sóng ngắn là phương pháp an toàn, hiệu quả vượt trội trong điều trị viêm quanh khớp vai thể đơn thuần.
