Abstract
The BOUQUET study (NCT04931342) is evaluating biomarker-directed regimens for patients (pts) with recurrent rare EOCs and suboptimal treatment options. We report results from combination regimens including inavolisib (inavo, a PI3Kα-selective inhibitor), giredestrant (gire, an oral selective oestrogen receptor degrader [SERD]), CDK4/6 inhibitors, letrozole, bevacizumab (bev), olaparib and atezolizumab (atezo).
