Abstract
Este trabalho propõe um material didático para a formação em afroempreendedorismo feminino e quilombola, visando à inclusão econômica e social de mulheres da Comunidade São João do Cazumbá, em Feira de Santana, Bahia. A pesquisa justifica-se pela necessidade de valorizar a cultura e os saberes de comunidades tradicionais negras, frequentemente invisibilizadas, e pela relevância da Propriedade Intelectual como ferramenta de empoderamento. O objetivo principal é conceber, disponibilizar e aplicar um material didático que promova a qualificação empreendedora dessas mulheres, verificando a relevância dessa formação para a criação e proteção de ativos de Propriedade Intelectual. Metodologicamente, trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica do tipo Revisão Integrativa, com levantamento sistemático em bases de dados como Portal de Periódicos da CAPES, Scielo e BDTD, buscando o que a literatura propõe sobre a inclusão de mulheres negras empreendedoras, ou afroempreendedoras. Os resultados preliminares destacam o potencial de reverberação geracional do empoderamento e emancipação dessas mulheres, capaz de mitigar o êxodo e a perda do patrimônio imaterial. Embora reconheça iniciativas como as do SEBRAE (2024), o estudo aponta a insuficiência de políticas isoladas, clamando por uma política estruturada de inclusão. Em contraponto à lógica empreendedora hegemônica, que pode precarizar o trabalho (Costa; Rodrigues, 2022; Dardot; Laval, 2016; Valentim; Peruzzo, 2017), a pesquisa propõe uma relação de cooperação e economia solidária, exemplificada pela parceria entre a marca Balbina e as mulheres do Cazumbá. Conclui-se que o fomento ao afroempreendedorismo feminino pode gerar emprego e renda sustentáveis, preservando história, cultura e saberes ancestrais, conforme diretrizes de Pires (2005).
