Abstract
Prezentul articol analizează rolul interpretării juridice în atenuarea bias-ului algoritmic din cadrul contractelor electronice. Într-o eră digitală în care algoritmii influenţează tot mai mult procesele de formare, interpretare și executare a contractelor, bias-ul algoritmic poate crea dezechilibre semnificative între părţile contractante. Studiul propune două modele de reglementare: modelul din Singapore, care se bazează pe o autoritate centrală pentru a oferi o interpretare oficială a normelor, și modelul din Canada, care promovează explicabilitatea algoritmilor printr-o abordare teleologică, orientată către scopul normei. Articolul explorează aplicabilitatea acestor cadre în contextul contractelor electronice și sugerează că interpretarea juridică poate oferi soluţii pentru prevenirea discriminării și asigurarea echităţii în procesele automatizate de luare a deciziilor. Este oferită și o perspectivă de cercetare a acestui fenomen în cadrul contractelor electronice, ceea ce subliniază importanţa unor reglementări adaptate pentru a proteja libertatea contractuală și drepturile părţilor în era digitală.
