Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

To improve conventional circular patch (C-patch) antenna performances, slots loaded compact ultra-wide-band (UWB) circular printed monopole patch antenna to operate at 3.1–10.6 GHz band (and beyond) is designed for biomedical and RF power harvesting (RFPH) applications. The studied antenna with a diversity of loads having various shapes, an impressive number of parameters, their positions to achieve UWB feature, and the feeding method proposed acting like a coplanar waveguide feed (CPW-fed) in a double-sided version constitute the novelty of the paper. The proposed antenna consists of a dual half disc (DHD) loaded with dual I-shaped slots (DISS) opened on the radiating element on the front side. A pair of defected ground structures (PDGS) and parasitic H-shaped DGS (PHSDGS) are designed on the backside. The novel directional multi-standard C-patch can suitably operate at 3.6 GHz WiMAX, 3.6/5/5.2 GHz ISM band, 5.5/5.8 IEEE 802.11 standards, 5G sub-6 GHz, 5 GHz WLAN, 3.1–10.6 GHz UWB, and 8–12 GHz X-band. The prototype of the proposed optimised antenna has been fabricated and tested. Measured antenna performances, such as fractional impedance bandwidth (FIBW) of 141.4% (2.82-11 GHz) and a peak gain of 2.3 dBi for the resonant frequency (Fr) of 5.8 GHz, are achieved. A good agreement has been established between simulation and measurement results.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
