Abstract
Desa Popo, Kabupaten Takalar, melalui pendekatan produksi dan pasca produksi yang berkelanjutan. Permasalahan utama meliputi keterbatasan manajemen produksi, pemasaran konvensional, desain produk tradisional, serta pemanfaatan limbah yang belum optimal. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup: (1) musyawarah program untuk identifikasi kebutuhan, (2) pelatihan desain kreatif berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI), (3) pelatihan pemasaran digital dan pembuatan platform promosi digital, serta (4) pemanfaatan limbah menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengrajin, terbentuknya Kelompok Usaha Kerajinan Bersama (KUKB), serta pengembangan website pemasaran (kuktcahayaterang.com). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan seluruh peserta berhasil membuat desain inovatif, 71% telah aktif memasarkan produk secara online, 64% mampu memanfaatkan limbah menjadi kerajinan baru, dan terbentuknya kelembagaan usaha bersama yang terhubung dengan media promosi digital. Dampak dari kegiatan ini terlihat pada meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan teknis pengrajin, perluasan jangkauan pasar, peningkatan nilai tambah dari produk limbah, serta munculnya semangat kolaborasi melalui kelompok usaha formal yang mendukung keberlanjutan produksi dan pemasaran. Kegiatan ini memperkuat posisi pengrajin sebagai pelaku ekonomi kreatif berbasis budaya lokal.
