Abstract
ภูมิหลังและวัตถุประสงค์: ข้อมูล GIS มีความสำคัญต่อการจัดการทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ เนื่องจากข้อมูลดังกล่าวช่วยให้สามารถวิเคราะห์เชิงพื้นที่ในเชิงลึกเพื่อใช้ทรัพยากรต่างๆ อย่างยั่งยืน เช่น ที่ดิน น้ำ และป่าไม้ นอกจากนี้ยังช่วยสนับสนุนการวางแผนและการบรรเทาภัยพิบัติอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพโดยช่วยในการระบุและวิเคราะห์พื้นที่เสี่ยงภัย เช่น เขตน้ำท่วม ดินถล่ม หรือไฟป่า การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้และความเข้าใจของชุมชนเกี่ยวกับการใช้ข้อมูลระบบสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์ (GIS) ในการวิเคราะห์พื้นที่เสี่ยงภัย 2) เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจของชุมชนในอำเภอสังขละ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ต่อการใช้ข้อมูล GIS ในการจัดการทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ และ 3) วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจของชุมชนในการใช้ข้อมูล GIS เพื่อการจัดการทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและการลดความเสี่ยงภัยพิบัติ ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยนี้ประกอบด้วยประชาชนจำนวน 300 คน ที่อาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่เป้าหมายอำเภอสังขละ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี โดยใช้การสำรวจแบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูลจะถูกวิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา เช่น ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าร้อยละ ผลการวิจัย: ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ชุมชนมีการรับรู้และความเข้าใจในระดับดีเกี่ยวกับการใช้ข้อมูล GIS โดยเฉพาะการวิเคราะห์พื้นที่เสี่ยงภัย เช่น น้ำท่วมและดินถล่ม ซึ่งช่วยให้ชุมชนสามารถรับมือกับภัยพิบัติได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ นอกจากนี้ ชุมชนยังมีความพึงพอใจในระดับสูงต่อการใช้ข้อมูล GIS ในการจัดการทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ โดยค่าเฉลี่ยรวมของความพึงพอใจอยู่ที่ 4.125 ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงระดับ “ดีมาก” ตัวแปรที่ได้รับคะแนนสูงสุดคือ ประโยชน์ที่ได้รับ โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.5 แสดงถึงความสามารถของข้อมูล GIS ในการสนับสนุนการจัดการทรัพยากรและการเตรียมความพร้อมต่อภัยพิบัติ การวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจพบว่า ปัจจัยด้าน คุณภาพของข้อมูล และ ความเข้าใจง่ายของข้อมูล มีผลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญต่อความพึงพอใจของชุมชน ขณะที่ การเข้าถึงข้อมูล ยังต้องการการปรับปรุงให้มีความสะดวกและครอบคลุมมากขึ้น สรุปผล: ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่าชุมชนให้คะแนนการใช้ข้อมูล GIS ในการประเมินความเสี่ยงจากอันตรายและการจัดการทรัพยากรธรรมชาติในระดับดีเยี่ยมในด้านประโยชน์ที่รับรู้และประสิทธิผล เพื่อให้รับประกันการนำไปใช้อย่างแพร่หลายและผลกระทบที่ยั่งยืน การปรับปรุงการใช้งานและการเข้าถึงข้อมูลจึงยังคงมีความสำคัญ
