LB-010 Six-month follow-up of the world’s first international trial of robotic-assisted cerebral aneurysm embolization using the CorPath GRX system
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Background This presentation will highlight the six-month follow-up results of the world’s first prospective, multicenter international trial investigating robotic-assisted endovascular embolization of cerebral aneurysms using the CorPath GRX system. This pioneering study evaluates the safety, technical performance, and clinical feasibility of robotic neurointervention in real-world practice. Methods Conducted across 10 high-volume neurointerventional centers in seven countries, the trial enrolled patients with unruptured cerebral aneurysms treated with coiling or stent-assisted coiling using robotic-assisted techniques. An independent committee assessed clinical and angiographic outcomes at six months using the Raymond-Roy Occlusion Classification (RROC) and modified Rankin Scale (mRS). All adverse events were documented. Results A total of 117 patients were enrolled. We will present the impressive early follow-up results of this landmark trial, demonstrating the clinical potential and procedural advantages of robotic neurointervention. Key findings will include clinical and angiographic outcomes, safety observations, and technical considerations relevant to real-world practice. Conclusion This study represents a significant advancement in neuroendovascular care, highlighting the expanding role of robotics in improving procedural precision and consistency. The data to be presented support the continued integration of robotic technologies in the treatment of cerebral aneurysms and inform the path toward broader clinical adoption. Disclosures V. Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
