Abstract
Пропонована розвідка презентує аналіз динаміки наукових досліджень у проблематиці емоційного вигорання медичних працівників. Зокрема, у статті представлено історію вивчення синдрому емоційного вигорання у 70–80-х роках ХХ ст. та на початку ХХІ ст. Здійснено огляд основних наукових праць українських дослідників за період із 2007 по 2025 р., на основі чого зроблено висновок, що дослідження СЕВ медичних працівників першої чверті ХХІ ст. мають регіональний характер із залученням вибірок до 200 осіб. Останні наукові джерела з теми емоційного вигорання лікарів мають теоретико-оглядовий характер та висвітлюють аспекти, пов’язані з психокорекцією та психотерапією описаного явища. На основі зібраного матеріалу окреслено перспективи подальших досліджень заявленої проблематики, які, на думку авторки, доцільно сконцентрувати на визначенні чинників розвитку емоційного вигорання медичних працівників в умовах війни.
