Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi persepsi pegawai terhadap fleksibilitas kerja, pengembangan karir, kompensasi, dan disiplin, serta bagaimana faktor-faktor ini mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di LLDikti Wilayah III Jakarta. Metode penelitian kualitatif diterapkan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman mendalam tentang faktor-faktor tersebut dan hubungannya dengan kinerja dalam organisasi sektor publik. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan pegawai dan observasi yang dipilih untuk menangkap pengalaman dan pandangan pegawai tentang kebijakan kerja dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fleksibilitas dalam pengaturan kerja mendukung efisiensi karyawan, sementara jalur pengembangan karir yang jelas dapat memotivasi kinerja yang lebih tinggi. Kompensasi yang memadai memberikan stabilitas finansial tetapi memerlukan perbaikan untuk mengatasi kesenjangan dan meningkatkan kinerja. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa disiplin sangat penting dalam menjaga konsistensi penyelesaian tugas, meskipun belum diterapkan secara ketat. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada kajiannya tentang faktor-faktor tersebut dalam konteks lembaga pelayanan publik, memberikan wawasan untuk meningkatkan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia guna mengoptimalkan kinerja karyawan.
