Pemetaan Tematik Walking Tour berdasarkan Gaya Arsitektur di Kampung Bersejarah Peneleh

Abstract
Semakin maraknya pengembangan wisata kota menyebabkan bertambah banyaknya kegiatan walking tour untuk mengeksplorasi kota. Kegiatan ini dapat mengedukasi pengunjung dan memberikan pengalaman spesial dalam memahami karakter dan keunikan sebuah tempat. Namun, belum banyak artikel yang membahas bagaimana sebuah keberagaman gaya arsitektur dari sebuah kampung dapat memberikan opsi tematik walking tour. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakter dan keunikan kampung Kota, dan memetakan bangunan lama ke dalam tipologi gaya arsitektur: kampung, Neo-klasik, indis, artdeco, dan jengki. Kampung Peneleh dipilih sebagai studi kasus karena memiliki sejarah panjang. Dengan melibatkan 14 partisipan, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kampung melalui karakter visual bangunan. Untuk memudahkan melakukan identifikasi dan pemetaan, maka area penelitian dibagi ke dalam 5 area. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kelima tipologi gaya arsitektur tersebar dan didominasi pada sisi utara (Pandean, Peneleh, dan Lawang Seketeng). Dengan memperhatikan keunikan dan karakter setempat, tematik walking tour dapat dirancang untuk menciptakan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan.
