Abstract
Le texte rend compte d'un travail réalisé par des étudiants de BTSA ACSE (Analyse, Conduite et Stratégie de l'Exploitation) de la promotion 2022-2024 du lycée agricole de Laval.Cette promotion comptait 46 étudiants dont 60% avaient un projet d'installation à court ou moyen terme.Le groupe qui s'est investi dans ce travail était constitué exclusivement de fils d'agriculteurs.Ils avaient à cœur de comprendre les enjeux liés à la notion du travail en agriculture.Ils ont comparé deux exploitations laitières se différenciant par la taille, le nombre d'associés et par le volume de production.Comment la taille, la forme d'organisation d'une ferme impactent le travail en agriculture ?Au fur et à mesure de leur travail ils ont fait évoluer la notion de « travail agricole » vers la notion de « qualité de vie au travail ».Revue AE&S 14-2 -Travail agricole et transition agroécologique : quelles interactions, quels impacts et quelles conséquences pour la formation en agronomie ?-décembre 2024 Revue à comité de lecture et en accès libre éditée par l'Association Française d'Agronomie sous le numéro ISSN 1775-4240.Plus d'informations www.agronomie.asso.fr/aesL'AFA est une association à but non lucratif qui publie des travaux en accès libre.Pour soutenir cette démarche, faites connaître AE&S, adhérez à l'association et faites adhérer votre organisme et vos collègues !
