Abstract

Abstract. In the Asian Green City Index Concept, there are 8 attributes, namely: (1) Transportation, (2) Environmental Governance, (3) Land use and Building, (4) Air Quality, (5) Sanitation, (6) Water, (7) Waste, and (8) Energy and CO2. Several cities in Indonesia have implemented the Green City concept in development planning and rejuvenation of certain areas within the city. For example, Bandung City carries the Green City concept by improving the quality of the city's green open spaces in the form of thematic parks. However, the increasingly rapid urbanization has made the outskirts of Bandung City, specifically in Antapani District, increasingly dense and various problems arise such as flooding, traffic jams and the lack of green open space. Therefore, this study aims to identify the application of the Green City concept in Antapani District. This study uses a questionnaire with a linkert scale, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. Based on the analysis results, a value of 3.27 was obtained and is included in the sufficient category in the application of the Green City concept. The lowest value is in the transportation aspect due to the lack of public transportation facilities in Antapani, while the highest value is in the waste aspect. Abstrak. Pada Konsep Asian Green City Index terdapat 8 atribut yaitu: (1) Transportation, (2) Environmental Governance, (3) Land use and Building, (4) Air Quality, (5) Sanitation, (6) Water, (7) Waste, dan (8) Energy and CO2.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
