Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Abstract Microwave chemistry has become a well‐established technique with several benefits interms of reaction rate and manufacturing yield, leading to energy savings assupported by numerous commercial applications. Fe@AR catalyst offers several advantages asa solid acid catalyst, including enhanced acidity from stronger Lewis acidsites, improved thermal, and higher selectivity in organic reactions. The quinazolinone skeleton possesses significantpharmacological and therapeutic properties, including antibacterial, analgesic, anti‐inflammatory, antifungal, antimalarial, central nervous system depressant, anticonvulsant, anti‐parkinsonian, anticancer, etc. In the present study, quinazolinones and their derivatives have been synthesized using Amberlystresin (A‐15) and Fe³⁺‐modified Amberlyst (Fe@AR) as solid acid catalysts undermicrowave irradiation. Fe@AR catalyst has been characterized using various analytical techniques, including XRD, FT‐IR, SEM‐EDX, and TGA. The studied catalysed cyclocondensation reaction for the 2,3‐dihydroquinazolines(2,3‐DHQZs) synthesis, is monitored by TLC. One novel derivative has been synthesized and was confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR andFT‐IR spectroscopy. The key benefits of the present protocol are their quick reaction times, simple workup, and, their environmental friendliness.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
