دور بودكاست العلامات التجارية في تعزيز قيمتها المدركة لدى الجمهور

Abstract
تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل الأساليب المستخدمة في تقديم محتوى بودكاست العلامات التجارية والتعرف على الذي يؤديه البودكاست في تشكيل وعى الجمهور وتعزيز ارتباطه وولائه، إلى جانب إدراكه لجودة العلامة التجارية، اعتمدت الدراسة على نظرية تمثيل المعلومات ونموذج اّكر لأبعاد قيمة العلامة التجارية (الوعي، الارتباط، الولاء، الجودة المُدرَكة). وتمثلت عينة الدراسة التحليلية في عدد 105 حلقة من حلقات البودكاست الخاصة بسيفورا، فورد، ريدبول، نايكي، ومايكروسوفت، كما طبقت الدراسة شبه التجريبية على 250 طالب من طلاب كلية الإعلام، وتم تقسيمهم إلى 5 مجموعات، وجرى توزيع هذه المجموعات على العلامات التجارية محل الدراسة بحيث تمثل كل مجموعة تجربة منفصلة ومستقلة بذاتها. وتكونت كل مجموعة من 50 طالبًا بواقع 25 للمجموعة الضابطة، و25 للمجموعة التجريبية. وكشفت نتائج التحليل أن أكثر الموضوعات تناولًا في بودكاست العلامات التجارية كانت قصص النجاح واستراتيجيات التسويق، وبرزت سيفورا في تقديم محتوى ملهم، بينما استخدمت ريدبول البودكاست لأغراض ترويجية واضحة. ساد النمط الحواري في معظم الحلقات، مع حضور ضعيف للعناصر التفاعلية والإعلانات المباشرة. كما تبين تفوق البودكاست في تغطية المجالات الاجتماعية مقارنة بالمجالات التعليمية والتكنولوجية، مع تباين في استخدام العناصر الصوتية والبصرية بين العلامات. أما نتائج الدراسة شبه التجريبية، فأظهرت أثرًا إيجابيًا واضحًا للبودكاست في تعزيز وعي الجمهور وإدراكه لجودة العلامة، خاصة لدى نايكى، فورد، إلى جانب تحسين مستوى الارتباط العاطفي والانتماء، وزيادة نية الشراء والتفاعل مع محتوى العلامة. وعليه، تؤكد الدراسة على فاعلية البودكاست كأداة استراتيجية تسويقية تساهم في بناء علاقة متينة ومستدامة بين العلامة التجارية وجمهورها، متى ما قُدم المحتوى بشكل جذاب، موثوق، ومتسق مع قيم العلامة واهتمامات المستهلكين.
