Ciudadanías sexuales en Argentina (2015-2019): Los derechos (no) reproductivos, los casos de Santa Fe y Tucumán

Abstract
Este trabajo busca visibilizar y poner en discusión las formas que adquieren las ciudadanías sexuales en distintas realidades subnacionales en la Argentina reciente. Después del giro a la izquierda, en el periodo entre el 2015 y el 2019, bajo la gestión del gobierno de Cambiemos se inauguró un estilo de gestión nacional cercano al modelo neoliberal del new-management, que buscó reorganizar, rediseñar y focalizar las instituciones, políticas y prácticas públicas. En este contexto, sin embargo, los movimientos feministas se masificaron tratando de resignifi- car las ciudadanías sexuales y desafiando las relaciones de género, mientras las condiciones ideológicas y materiales del Estado promovían varias formas de subordinación y marginalidad. En este artículo, que se adopta una perspectiva feminista, proponemos indagar dos territorios provinciales: Santa Fe y Tucumán, a partir de la reformulación y rearticulación de las rela- ciones entre los estilos de gestión, las políticas que construyen los derechos de las corpora- lidades, y los movimientos feministas. De acuerdo con el análisis cualitativo de entrevistas, noticias periodísticas, y un corpus integrado por informes de gestión y de organizaciones no gubernamentales, la discusión expondrá las transformaciones en las formas como se asumen las relaciones de género durante ese periodo, y de qué maneras van marcando los límites de la inclusión de sectores marginalizados en distintos contextos subnacionales.
